Well I can tell you first hand GM finally fixed my Top, but only after getting with someone to give me the TSB and making a request for help on this forum! 2K miles on a car and already a new top.....

Now it was not at my local dealer that I bought it from so, that may have been some of the issue. I did not buy my car from them, but they fixed it right.......At the same time I had a slight vibration that was getting worse so now I had the vibration in my what I though was my rear wheels.. This same dealer said I needed to have a road force balance done, but they didn't have one......They sell Corvettes and Camaro's but don't have this so they told me to bring somewhere else. So I did a very large dealer near my work about 45 min away. They said 79.95 for all four so I didn't think anything about it and did it. Well....it was supposed to be about 45min -1hr and 4 hrs later the service manager says I am sorry to tell you but 2 of your tires are bad and will be required to be replaced. I said I had never experienced a tire failure with less than 5K miles on them, and they look perfect little nobbies all around them and perfect. He tells me the computer says the wheel is perfect, but they tried and tried per guidelines from GM dis-mounting and moving the tire 4 times on the rims and they won't balance. Well now it's a warranty item and I get two new tires again....They ordered, and they balance they put on the tires was just like it was when I picked it up. I could tell a little slight vibration at > 65, but nothing else.

So if you have a vibration on your car with low miles get it checked out. You may have a pair of bad tires!
