Secretary/Record Keeper,
Two Event Coordinators,
Membership Director,

These positions will be filled on an annual basis at the March Membership Meeting.

2. One nomination per Dues paying Member. Dues Paying Members are determined as of January 1, immediately prior to the February nomination meeting. The Secretary shall establish a separate Thread on the C5G website on January 28th of each year for the Purpose of Members to Nominate Candidates to be considered for Board officers positions and or for nominations for new possible positions to be considered by the co-chairs and Board.
3. Associate members will have no nominating privileges.
4. Official C5G Event Designation will be the exclusive right of the Board. The Board only will vote on publishing an event as an Official C5G event. Board Members may discuss informally outside the confines of a formal meeting such event designation. 5. If necessary, “at event” voting shall be subject to a membership vote by members present at get-togethers.

Article IX: Club Rules
1. Only C5G officers or Co-chairmen can post official club information on-line.
2. Only C5G officers or co-chairs can post links to commercial enterprises on line. Members understand and acknowledge that C5G allows certain vendors to advertise on the club website and host or sponsor events which all earn revenue for C5G. The officers and co-chairs reserve the right to delete or remove any post which conflicts with a contributing C5G sponsor or Event.
3. Also feel free to voice your opinion or criticism at any time, however, if its non-constructive or inflammatory, please PM a Chairman before posting to allow us to address the issue or concern as to not to detract from the positive position of Chicago 5th Gen.
4. C5G RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CENSURE ANY AND ALL POSTS. C5G officers or Co-Chairman have the immediate right to censure, edit, remove or delete any posts on the Official Club Website which are deemed in that officers judgment to be, sexually explicit, discriminatory on race, gender or religious beliefs, encourage violations of any State or Federal Laws, Argumentative, Disruptive to the Club, derogatory to the Club or any Member of the Club, disparages the reputation of the club, exposes the club to legal or financial risk, in violation of club rules, or Sponsorship protocol as set from time to time by the Board. Members understand and acknowledge that any constitutional or state freedom of speech rights are specifically limited to the extent that said speech does not conflict with the above Club Rules, objectives or policies.

Article X: Event Rules/Meet Ground Rules
Intent: Keep our reputation as a group in good standing.

1. Please don’t enter or leave the meet at higher than parking lot speeds, there’s no need to prove your car has an exhaust or that your car is capable of high speeds.
2. Absolutely no burnouts.
3. Keep the noise from your car audio system to a minimum; we’re not running IASCA competitions at our meets/cruises either.
4. Please do NOT litter, pick up after yourself and keep our meet spots clean.
5. If you bring a guest, please help us keep them mindful that we’re all guests of the business/place hosting our meet/cruise.
6. Everyone please do approach guests/strangers and say “what’s up?/intro”. Aside from being polite and useful (i.e. hey ya get to meet new people), it helps discourage any hecklers/troublemakers from slipping “under the radar”/unnoticed only to cause trouble later.
7. Just a reminder, at these meets a lot of people (not just C5G members) have cameras and/or video cameras. If we behave inappropriately, we could be captured on film/memory card/tape. Do not be surprised if you show up on YouTube or the 10 o’clock news if you misbehave.
8. Media/Guest Policy: Please understand that while we do not outright hate non-5th Gens, our entire point is that we’re not like every other car club/website! To that end, we politely ask that folks that aren’t yet 5th Gen drivers or folks that bring guests to please bear with us and help us out by not parking immediately next to/between 5th Gens, etc., by breaking cruise/touring groups. Why? We take a lot of pictures and videos and would appreciate everyone’s help in allowing us to get good group shots.
9. During a cruise, if you see that the car behind you got caught at the light, try to stay back a little and keep them in sight so they may be able to catch up.
10. Get out there and have fun!

Article XI Indemnity:

Associates, Members, Understand, acknowledge and accept that by your willingness to participate in this organization or any event planned or participated in by this Organization , you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chicago 5th Gen, it’s Chairmen, Officers and/or members, sponsors, agents and invitees and hereby releases the same from any and all loss, liability, damage and/or cost you may incur arising out of participating in this or any event. By participating you hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of, or related to the event, the website, the actions of the board, its officers, agents, whether caused by negligence, contractual or otherwise.

8. Media/Guest Policy: Please understand that while we do not outright hate non-5th Gens, our entire point is that we’re not line every other car club/website! I think should be "like".

-------------------------------------------------------------

Article II: Purpose
1. To create an interest in the 5th Generation Camaro’s
Should this be just "Camaros"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Article VIII: Voting
2. One nomination per Dues paying Member. Dues Paying Members are determined as of January 1, immediately prior to the February nomination meeting. The Secretary shall establish a separate Thread on the C5G website on January 28th of each year for the Purpose of Members to Nominate Candidates to be considered for Board officers positions and or for nominations for new possible positions to be considered by the c0-chairs and Board.

Should be a "o"
--------------------------------------------------------------

Article X: Event Rules/Meet Ground Rules

2. Absolutely no burnouts.

While I understand this rule, we do occasionally break it and are "sometimes" encouraged to do so. I remember The Rockford Hooters Cruise last year as an example. Can this be reworded to "Discouraged" or some other word so that when we are at certain meets that burnouts may be allowed, or even appropriate, it wouldn't be "breaking the rules"?
---------------------------------------------------------------

There are various periods and other punctuations that are missing but that isn't my game so my proof reading is now done. i think I got everything or at least I hope I did.

T.
