Here's the funny truth to this: we're all right! We're arguing a subjective and relative topic.. And so we will never all agree here. Everyone perceives peppy drivin differently. To some a short burst of throttle on a stock 6 cylinder is peppy. To Some, autocrossing is peppy, to me, a WOT blast a 1/4 mile at a time is peppy. And... We're all right, in our own frame of mind

Heck ya! Hah I bought the car to enjoy it, and that's what I'm doin think those axles have a 10.9x pass in em?

At any rate, on topic, I have to admit I'd be bummed if things started breaking at stock power levels, but I always keep In my mind the cliche my dad always repeated.. You race, you replace. Everything whether a car, boat, piano, stereo or whatever will have a shorter life of used hard, combine that with the occasional faulty part here or there and things go boom. Crappy truth of the matter. I guess I'd be taking the car to a couple of different dealers if I felt strongly that I was in the right about something like this best of luck to you sir, I hate to see stuff like this.

Make sure you have a truck and trailer just in case....I'm not sure how you're going to pick up those last .5 though.

Often times those final few tenths are the ones that really hurt your wallet and stock drivetrain components the most!

18's in the front and rear, and a 60' better than 1.85 I will have to buy my buddy a case of beer and a pizza to bring his truck and trailer out though!

18s all the way around should grab ya .1 maybe .2....get yourself a true slick and not a drag radial.

Buy the guy whatever he wants....then you can be as aggressive as you're going to need to be to run the number without worrying about how you're going to get home!
