Is there some way to have the option to turn off the 'navigation' bar at the bottom of the page? It wreaks HAVOC on my blackberry browser. perhaps a way to turn it off per user profile?

Yeah, on desktop computer it's fine, but on my itouch and iPad the bar goes in middle of page over stuff.

So yeah, this bar thing on iPad keeps going in the middle and I can't read if it's blocking. Anyway to turn off?
Anyway I can set my safari to block it?

Okay found a fix, kinda, it only jumps to the middle when I hold it in landscape view. If I turn iPad vertical it goes to the bottom. Now I'm happy.

I got the same problem thanks for the advice about turning it sideways I'll try that but in the meantime webmaster see what you can do to give us the option to turn it off

yeah same problem on my nexus, I did knew about turning the phone vertical helps but it still kind of anoying, maybe when be get our webmaster issues straighten out, he/she can see if it can be taken out.
