Correct, the head rests are on the 2012 Edition, but not the 2010. In the picture you can even see the yellow stitching, and that was only part of the 2012 edition that had the different stripes. black wheels, and high spoiler. as for the footwell lights, I think you have to tie those to the wiring harness behind the foot well trim panels, so I think those doesn't matter either way, unless I am mistaken, it happens some times
