I understand what you're saying but this is partly why they do what they do. They feel they can get away with it. Not reporting also gives them reason to keep doing it.

Although I would usually agree with you the fact that I am always in that area for work makes it very hard to report it. If I was never over there I would definitely report it.

I would have done something had there not been two other guys with him. Its impossible to know if the other guys had weapons so I wasn't going to try anything. Car is already at Pete's so it might be late to file a report not sure though.

Actually after getting a good look at the car the damage was nothing compared to what they tried to do. The only real damage was the broken mirror and a small scratch on the door. They took like 5 swings at my drivers side window with a metal tube of some sort and not one crack on the window. I couldn't believe the window took those hits and only left small marks where the tube hit.

Anyone know if Pete or his shop is open today and if so at what time? Long story short I was waiting to get into the garage at work when some guy jumped out of a car and started to wail on my window ended up with a broken mirror and some scratches as far as I can tell. Still in shock haven't taken a thorough look of the car. Going to try to leave work early in order to take my car to Pete's if he's open.
