well taken care of. Rare color. Fully loaded with every factory option.
Mods are going to be taken off this week unless someone is interested in the car with the mods.
for C5G members or friends of members I'd go 22k stock 23k with mods.
I saw an Orange one on Ebay go for a little over 24K about a month ago...
I was looking for an Orange G8 for a while but got the Convertible Camaro instead....

The G8 is a very nice family car. It just seems to be missing something to me.
I originally wanted a camaro but had to use my car for work and the larger interior and more room pulled me to the G8. Now that I am no longer going to be using this car for work I want the Camaro again.
If i had a family the G8 wouldn't be going anywhere. Since Im single, young and still live at home. Might as well go for what I really want right?
I know there will be times when Ill miss the G8 but I think the camaro will make me happier overall.
I bought the car for just under 29k last year (taxes title and everything included) financed 25k and still owe 21k. My credit was 60 points less at this time last year. and interest rate is in the double digits.
Have 2 people willing to co sign on the camaro to help on the interest rate. I'm predicting around 6-7% and financing 33k on the camaro will keep my payments around the same. 72 months. My current payment is technically 504 a month but I pay 600 or more usually.
If you or anyone you know is interested in it let me know.

GMS on that unit is

and there isnt really alot of rebate money out there.... it might work. would be closer without a roof. and getting a dealer to shim down the price on a 45th package might be a hard deal to negotiate.... not saying impossible... but you better have someone who knows someone or is in the industry with you.... perhaps Camaro Scotty might do it tho....
I emailed the guy 35,690 with the GM Loyalty. Doesn't sound too bad at all. I maybe pulling the mods off earlier then later to see what kind of price I can get for the G8 as a trade in.
correct me if im wrong but for the "trade in tax break" Lets say everything costs 38k out the door (after trade in) and they are giving me 18k for the trade in. Do they only charge taxes on 20k? If thats the case taxes would be 1300. so id be at 39,300 with 3k of that being carried over from the G8.
I sell the G8 privately and get 22,500 I have 1000 extra left over. Pay 34k for the camaro (thats minus my 1000 down payment) taxes will be 2210 and then id finance 36,210.
if I trade in
Camaro 35k
G8 18k owe 21k +3000
Camaro plus trade in 38k
down payment 2k = 36k
taxes = 1170
total financed = 37,170
If I sell out right
Camaro 35k
downpayment -3k = 32k
taxes = 2080
total financed = 34,080
Is how i figured that out correct? (prices subject to change) but just to get the idea
