I see. So how does one file for a lemon law exactly. I'm so done dealing with the convertible top. Everytime they "fix it", it breaks again or something else goes wrong.
I had my car at the dealer for six days for the top (mind you this is the thir time and second top to the dealer). I get it back home and then decide to drive it to work with the top down. I put it back up and now the passengers side near the 'mini window' is folded up and out.
Sorry for the rant but I am tired of stuff alway going wrong with it and there is no fix for these tops.

Man sorry to hear all this going wrong with your top my dealer down in Mt Vernon fixed mine ( it took over 3 weeks ) but they fixed it right so far! Mine does not leak or anything wrong yet.... Knock on Wood
