For my Seasonal Affective Disorder, I used to go to a tanning bed 3 times a week....yes, I admit it. I must say it really helped me, but I quit doing it about 5 years ago because of the skin risks. Now I have found that staying busy and excercising more keeps my spirits up.
My worst time is January and February so I attend the motorcycle and auto shows to get me through to March. I know it doesn't help with the everyday blah though.
This year hasn't been as bad for me with the mild weather. Hang in there, spring is right around the corner!

I'm crossing my fingers no snow so I don't get delayed. Then on Sunday I have tickets to the Subway Fresh Fit 500 so I'm super excited never been to a Nascar Event before? Then the following week I'm spreading my time between Phoenix and Vegas. I'm going to be in Phoenix for Spring Training. I love the Milwaukee Brewers so it will be another passion for me! I'm happy I'm getting out. In the winter I sit around BORED out of my mind because I hate the cold and I don't ski or do any winter activites.
6 nights in Vegas and 1 night in Phoenix I can't complain.
