with all these Boosted cars now i am getting a little worried of my top spot lol. But on the reverse side, I am excited to have competition again and there is nothing wrong with seeing more boosted camaros.

naw... Im married and hoping to have kids a few years. If i were to get a vette, i would have to sell it after putting all that work into it. At least with the camaro i have the option to put the rear seats in with a baby seat if required.

I bested my time from last year, with a 14.75, but was getting no traction... 60' times running 2.3x but I did manage to best a Neon and Civic. LOL

I thought about coming up yesterday. Melissa offered me to take her Camaro with one understanding. I could NOT take it down the track. I figured I would cave in with the peer pressure so I didn't make the trip up. You know the story.....best way to overcome the temptation is to avoid it all together.

haha i have been offered to take several peoples cars down the track. My rule is i wont do it until i know they drove it as best as they can.

I would hate to be that guy that runs a time faster then the owner of the car. But i was so tempted to take up the offers yesterday. I have been to the track 4-5 times now with no car to run... :-( i miss my car.

A long time ago at a MFBA rental of US41, I drove 2 friend's cars to new best times and one of them was unable to run as good as I did LOL.

Sadly, I could never get my best times with my own car... Every 11s time I got ended up being on a broken coilover. Hell, my best time out was on 3 busted (1 front and 2 rear) along with one axle joint acting up and a burnt slipping clutch. Shame really, that car had way more in it than I could ever get to plant correctly. -- which is what ultimately lead me to dumping it.

I too have done it in the past. Also ran a better time then them. They never bested it so they sold the car. So unless some one really really wants me too. I usually opt in to help others learn on their own.

and i believe your car was a mid to low 11 second car randy. The biggest thing that coulda helped you woulda been an 18" DR setup. Wish you still had her man. lol
