Would anyone be interested in going to a drag strip such as Great Lakes Dragway (https://greatlakesdragaway.com/) or Byron Dragway (http://byrondragway.com/)?

What about doing an event/class at a racetrack like Blackhawk Farms Raceway (http://www.blackhawkfarms.com/)?

I haven't participated in an event at a drag strip before, but I have participated in an HPDE at Blackhawk Raceway with our '10 Camaro. It is a nice track with a laid back atmosphere (still serious about safety) and was probably the most fun I have had driving our Camaro. I would love to have the opportunity to get the '17 Camaro out on the track.

    Please share your thoughts.

I would love to go watch some of our members drag racing.
Sounds like a fun day could be planned to go up to some place and get some lunch and watch some races. Maybe we can find out when our sponsor Nickey plans on taking a few cars to the track.

There was some interest about some members doing Power Tour next year, registration opens January 8. This is the 25th anniversary of the tour and they are going to 5 or 6 tracks this year. You can look it up on Hot Rod .com if interested

Depends. I did the Route 66 tour several years ago, and it wasn't
that exciting. The more interesting stuff is out west

Bump, have room for an interesting gig in the month of May .Any more thoughts or suggestions before I try and finish up a preliminary schedule .

I would love to have a race event in the first weekend of May if anyone wants to help with planning or has some concrete ideas.
