Has a 2nd meet up point been determined? You're going to want to take the Minooka exit, not Morris, you'll go by the spot by 5 miles if you go all the way to Morris on 80.

Tony, if you don't mind a couch you can just come down Friday night! I am barely 5 minutes from the show.

Well is 8 too early for u Tony, I dont want Tony to bail or anyone else for that matter, thats something we need to get a consensus on then, need more input from everyone on the issue of leave time and what time everyone wants to get there.

Everyone that signed up so far, tell us what time you want to leave the westin Hotel at for the first pick up point.

Dave said that there is a Jewel parking lot we can meet up at for those of us that live south. He's at work, but I will talk to him tonight and confirm. It is either there or the Mcdonalds that we have met up at before.
We don't want to lose you Tony, I think that even if you left at 8:30 you could be there at a decent time before judging, probably 10:30. I will make sure with Dave about that also.
If we could get 25 of us together, that would be even better. The weather for now is 76 and sunny. This means that there could easily be at least 1,200 cars at this show.

Lets do the Jewel lot, its at Ridge and Route 6. There's a culvers, dunkin donuts, and giordano's in the lot as well. There's also an auto zone in the plaza in case anyone needs those last minute shine up materials, and a Jewel gas station in case you're on fumes. From there its only a couple minutes west on route 6 to the show location.

What time? I'll park at the south end part of the lot, that's usually really empty as its furthest from Jewel and mostly for a chinese spot and dry cleaners.

We would like to roll in at the show between 10 and 10:30 so everyone has enough time to wipe down their cars. I'm not sure how long it will take them to get down here. Maybe Dave and I will meet up with them somewhere on 80 because we will be taking that to Minooka also. We could call you when we are close to the exit possibly.

I might be able to come.We are going to Kentucky to visit my mom and are supposed to come home on Sunday.I may decide to come home late Saturday night to make the show on Sunday.I will have to see how my mom takes the news.

Ok, Dave said it will be about a 2 hour trip from Itasca to the parking lot of the show. We have to keep in mind that we have to check in and register also, so we need time for that too. If you leave at 8:30 you should be there by 10:30. I really think that is the latest you can leave. You should get to the Jewel parking lot by 10 if you leave Itasca at 8:30. It's only about 10 min. from there but the traffic will be backed up. If you are preregistered, they have a bag or envelope already waiting for you. We will be joining you at 80 and 55. We will be on the ramp there waiting for you to go by and we will catch up.
