Morris Fall Car Show, October 9, 2011

I talked to the man in chargeof the car show, Doug Linn, last night and he said that if you have more than 3 mods, you will be in modified. If anyone has seen our car, we are modified. We have the heritage grill, custom emblems, tinted windows, and magnaflow exhaust. You can look at a flyer at MORRISLIONSCLUB.COM. I am keeping a list at home on paper so that we have everyone. We are up to 13. I can not update the list, but I am keeping a list on paper to bring with so that we make sure we have everyone before we go to the show. Please update if you can or can not make it.

so it looks like appearance and performance are all part of the whether your modified or stock for this show huh..

Yes, pretty much. We have done nothing to the engine compartment except the engine cover and that is from the factory so it is on our sticker. By the list I see, you are modified. He put us in class 19. Are you joing us? It is a huge show, there were about 1100 or so show cars last year. Last year a lot of guys took home trophies. We took first the year before.

There are 13. Gforce8, JD2SSRSLS3, SVTJACKAL, CAMAROGIRL2010 are definates and GMAN 1970 is a maybe. Marc can not make it and Bill is not going. We do need more!!

If everyone agrees we will meet in the Subway parking lot . We need to figure out what time.I think 9:00am.

Is that where we met last year? I thought it was jewel parking lot last year but I don't know if there is a subway there. 9 should be ok for us.

Subway is about 1.5 miles north of where we met last year.Address is in post #26.
Lets call it 9:00 and leave by 9:20 ,That should get us to the show by 9:30.

I am debating on whether take the Camaro or not, I was giving it a wash and my front bumper needs help from Pete real bad and I don't think we will get anything done before the show, we will see, I am going to get my polishing compounds and buffing wheels to see if I can get it somewhat presentable,

Gotta bring the Camaro! We pretty much all have issues with the front bumper.
