Sunday May 3 2020, Season opener a cruise with the Dupage County Sheriff

On Sunday the Dupage County Sheriff is doing a cruise thru the neighborhoods around route 64 & 59 with fire trucks, police cars, tow trucks and American muscle cars.

The meet time is 12:15 PM start time is 1:00 PM

Location 89 w North ave West Chicago Il 60185
Behind the McDonalds on the North East corner of 64/59

Great way to get out, enjoy your car, see your friends (from a distance) and enjoy a beautiful day.

I have been in contact with the Sheriffs department and he said to bring as many cars as you want, so come on out.. besides all the city equipment there will be other car clubs and other vintage and muscle cars.

Bring a mask, and remember to social distance.


C5G will buy you some lunch if you are a dues paying club member and show up at 12:15, I just called and the McDonalds will be open for carry out and drive up service so we can call in an order. So plan on being there! (limit $10.00 a car)

So what exactly happens with this? Are we in our cars the whole time, or are we all going to be in a parking lot with masks on for a portion of it? I am high risk with Asthma, and don't feel safe if we will all be in a parking lot just with masks on.
