I have that mask it is awesome! But the one snap just ripped out last time I took it off. I've had it 18 months just out of warranty. I don't drive it all year so you can imagine its only gotten a few months of use in general.

Call the company, I bet they'll replace it. I've heard they are really good about doing that.
