completely understand. The bears have been upsetting me lately, so missing a game here and there hasnt been bugging me too much lol

Don't forget, I still have my C6 Z06 Rims and M/T DR's. They should bolt up just fine.

I think I would match up quite well against PSJ and Priz.

I'll be shooting for an 11.99 bone stock with sticky tires in the Corvette on Thursday.

right.... so your car with a standard 26.9in tall tire... you will run a tire height that is over 28.5in tall?? do you know what that does to your gearing??? That wont make you faster, that will most likely slow you down. Brave estimate for a 11.99 without ever running the car.

I understand the corvette is faster then your 6 cylinder, but please dont insult the guys that have put the time and effort in to get their cars to run right.

an ls3 vette normally runs mid 12's for a normal driver... and possible low 12's with some mods. and high 11's with a sticky tire and bolt ons. But not a sticky tire that is going to simulate a shorter gear.

I wouldnt run with your current drag radials on those rims. There is nothing good that can comw from it. You will hurt more then do any good at all. Ask for the 17's then.

Oh no, I understand. Please don't think I am being a jerk. Just watching out for you.

I know the capabilities of the cars. Their power to weight ratio is amazing... partnered up with their aerodynamics and actual weight. But they are a true drivers car. Mastering traction in those cars is completely different then the 5th Gen. I don't doubt you eventually will pull off your 11.99.

And it all depends on driver. I have seen stock ls3 vetted run high 11's and on the reverse side I have seen a modified z06 run high 12's. Its a drivers car for sure.

Yeah I had a 2002 Z06 fun car, the next one was to be a Corvette but then I needed a backseat.

I'd like to get a C7 at some point but then I need a DD, hard for me to talk the wife into us having 4 cars (I have the Merc too), 3 of which are mine.
