oh no, the only reason I would try the LC is to help the turbos spool. Plus I want new axles so that's one way I can get it past the wifey. Lol but I was gonna hold the gas down to get it hold the RPM , then on the 2nd yellow I would let off the gas, so not really using the launch control in the end.Originally posted by Pro Stock John View PostI was thinking more like launching at 3000 rpms and rolling out fast but not dumping the clutch... I don't see 18 or 20" DR's holding 600rwhp at 4500.
I'm thinking I can probably get away with a 3000 roll off. Hopefully I can experiment a couple times before snapping these things.

I plan to leave a bit early from River North, 4PM if I can, but 4:30 maybe. I'm running bone stock, so I'm just going to park and let it cool down for an hour when I get there.
If anyone goes, mine is CGM, A6, and my name is John.2010 Camaro SS/RS L99

Oh I've found the limits of the out put shaft, drive shaft, axles and clutch with this car and drag radials.Originally posted by Pro Stock John View PostI've not raced DR's plus a manual, but I would not dump the clutch initially as you could find the limits of your axles pretty quick.
